Role & Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Choice Advisor to support our Circle MSK services, based at our Bedford site. We are looking for a committed, adaptable and empathetic individual who is experienced in handling complaints and dealing with difficult patients/customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of processing referrals, dealing with clinicians, liaising with secretaries and hospitals and good knowledge of NHS system1 and would have worked in a patient/customer service environment.
