Duties will include: Taking full ownership of the bars and it’s team Evaluating service standards and ensuring all staff deliver an unrivalled customer experience Completing weekly stock takes, ensuring we are meeting set targets, controlling stock and minimising wastage Ensuring all drinks and cocktails are served to spec at all times Ensuring that administrative activities (i.e. daily paperwork, cash ups) are completed General opening and closing duties to ensure compliance and quality assurance of standards are maintained Skills and Requirements: A passion for hospitality, food and drink A proven track record of managing exceptional service within a fast-paced bar environment Experience in Food and Beverage management with a focus on quality drinks and service Understand the importance of all relevant H&S and licensing legislation with full awareness of the implications that these have on the day to day operations Experience in bar stock management A flexible approach to working hours Shift times can vary and will include weekend work hence the requirement for flexibility. You will be required to open and close down the bars at various times. This is initially a temporary position for 8 to 12 weeks. If however after this time you have proven to the management that you are the right person then a permanent position may become available.

The Role –  Bars Manager : The Assistant General Manager is accountable for supporting the General Manager in the strategic and operational development and ongoing of their business. Ensure that the billing procedure is thorough, correct and complete after each transaction.
