Due to expansion and growth my client is now looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis. REED in working in partnership with a local, family run business in Newbury to recruit for a Senior Sales & Service Administrator to provide sales and installation expertise at a technical level to its clients and engineers. The role will predominantly focus on Service Requests, Service Scheduling, Service Parts Dispatch, Project Parts Dispatch, Sales Order Processing as well as additional duties such as Telephone Reception . You'll be working in a business with 14 people onsite and 5 engineers where team work, flexibility and being proactive is key and fundamental to the company. Attention to detail is vital to the position, and you will be a relaxed, mouldable person (with a technical background in a similar role) that will be able to think on their feet, identify problems and come up with solutions. My client are really set on staff satisfaction and offer a friendly work environment where everyone is treated equally, a generous holiday entitlement that increases with time as well as free parking onsite. Good Excel knowledge is vital as well as systems knowledge of WordPerfect, iAuditer or Clik would be advantageous but not necessary. An excellent position has become available working for a nice local firm as an Assistant Accountant. This is a varied role and will require someone who can produce accounts to trail balance. The role will encompass the following:• Generate Sales Ledger invoices in TEAMS and issue to Customers by preferred means.• Accurate & timely input of Sales Ledger invoices into Sage.• Receive & process Purchase Orders to be checked against Supplier Invoices• Resolve queries with Suppliers & Colleagues by email & telephone.• Input Purchase Ledger invoices into Sage, and allocate costs accordingly to departments and/or customer works.• Generate bi-weekly Purchase Ledger Payment runs according to terms & necessity, whilst considering forthcoming Cashflow requirements.• Issuing remittances to Suppliers by the preferred means.• Processing Staff Expenses & Subcontractor Payments on a monthly basis.• Accurately reconcile Petty Cash & Credit Card Statements for all holders on a monthly basis.• Input bank payments and reconcile to the Bank Statement on a daily and monthly basis.• Creating, updating and maintaining accurate Supplier Accounts within Sage.• Ensure accurate CIS returns are made by the necessary date each month, and certificates are provided to Subcontractors.• Ensure accurate VAT returns each quarter before the deadline date.• Prepare accurate Monthly Management Accounts from Sage, entering journals, prepayment & accruals and then distributing to the relevant persons.This role will require someone who has worked within a similar role and due to location you must have access to your own transport.Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
