Skills Coach / Assessor

I could sell sand to the Arabs', I could sell ice to the Eskimos', I could sell hairspray to Bruce Willis'… We have all heard the clichés. Every salesperson you have ever spoken to would probably lead you to believe they were the best at what they do.Ironically, overconfident salespeople are ten-a-penny. Believing in yourself as a salesperson is the easy part. What is more challenging is persuading others to believe in you, and utilising that sense of belief to close deals. If you are able to convince others that you are confident, competent and able to make them a sale, then perhaps you could make a real difference to next generation's sales talent.Pareto have continued to grow year-on-year since their inception in 1996. This development could not have occurred without our talented team of sales trainers helping learners reach their potential.Pareto's Skills Coaches produce some of the top sales professionals in the UK through our apprenticeship division. We are looking for the person with a background in sales, who now devotes their time helping to develop the skills of others. Therefore, if you are qualified as a trainer, assessor or skills coach and you know about the expectations of working within an apprenticeship program then this is the ideal role for you. Even for those who have not trained sales, experience coaching Leadership and Management, Customer Service and other courses are still relevant. After a period of induction, you will be home based. You will cover a certain territory, helping shape young Pareto sales talent into the next generation of sales leaders as they progress with their apprenticeship. If you have a background in sales, or experience as an assessor, then apply now. This job was originally posted as
