This is a Young persons' project supporting 28 young people aged 16-25 to acquire independent living skills, benefits in key working sessions. At the moment there are no clients over 21 years old. An enhanced DBS will be required for this role however you do not need to drive for this particular post but access to a vehicle is desirable. As a Housing Support Worker, you will be based in Wiltshire. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, highly motivated with excellent communication and computer skills. Part of your role will involve, taking referrals and carrying out assessments of clients' needs.
